Sydney Frazier

Sydney Frazier is the middle school counselor at Graham Elementary and Middle School in Columbus where she wears many hats. She earned her B.A. in psychology from Miami University and M.A.Ed. in counselor education from Capital University. At GEMS, Sydney values being part of a school-wide mission to implement restorative, affirming, and trauma-responsive practices for all students and their diverse needs. Sydney’s favorite parts of her job include teaching coping skills, implementing Youth Yoga Project strategies, running ROX groups, and connecting with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to better support students.
