Megan Horstmeier is currently working with State Support Team 13 as the family engagement leader and school improvement consultant. Megan has 17 years of experience in education as a classroom teacher, coordinator, and administrator. She has led multiple buildings in improving student outcomes for all students and understands the critical role that families play in their students’ education. She has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from University of Cincinnati. Megan’s background in working with at-risk schools provides a unique understanding into the school improvement process.
