Summit – Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive contact hours for attending sessions? How does that work?

Yes, within the End of Summit Survey, you will see a place to request a Certificate of Contact Hours. During each session, the moderator will share a special code you will need to enter into the Survey, to prove that you attended the session(s). You only need to complete the End of Summit Survey once, so please keep track of the session names and unique codes for all sessions you attend, and then submit the information once you have completed your participation in the Summit for the day.

How will I be able to access the sessions on the day of the Summit? Do I need to register for every session like last year?

No need to pre-register! On the day of the Summit, you will simply go to the Summit webpage and click the Join button for the session you would like to attend. We heard lots of feedback that registering for all sessions was complicated last year, so we’ve made it easier for you this year.

If I need IT support on the day of the Summit, who should I contact?

Please email Kevin Williamson for IT support at Williamson.822@osu.edu

Will sessions to recorded?

Yes, whenever possible and permitted by presenters, we record all of our sessions and post the videos shortly after the Summit.

Will I be able to see copies of PowerPoints and other session materials?

Yes, we aim to provide participants with documents associated with all sessions. We request that presenters share the materials that they are willing and able to share in advance, for you to access. You will find those documents next to each session name on the Summit webpage, with a link called Session Materials.
