Cincinnati Public School Roberts Paideia Academy hosted a Parent Learning Day Conference in December 2018. We are highlighting this family engagement story because it is an example of a strong school leader valuing families, incorporating family voice into decision-making, recognizing that when families come to provide input their time should be valued (for example, providing a meal), and following through to make meaningful changes based on family, staff, student, and community input and support.
