The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) created a set of core competencies and reflection tool for State Education Agency Staff. The competencies cover knowledge, skills, and dispositions of state-level staff. This is an adaptation of the National Association for Family, School, and Community Engagement’s 2022 Family Engagement Core Competencies.
