Rachel Kimbrow is an elementary educator, holding positions including classroom teacher, English language specialist, and parent involvement coordinator in the US and Paraguay. She believes supporting bilingual education will make the world a better place. After starting many language exchange groups in different schools and communities, she wrote the book, Exchange to Engage: The guide to engaging diverse communities through language exchange, to share this simple and powerful model to a larger audience with hopes readers will start a language exchange to engage families in their children’s learning.
