- The Jon Peterson Scholarship program is available to students with disabilities in grades K-12 in the state of Ohio.
- Through this scholarship, students may receive funds to pay for private or alternative public service providers. Services received must relate to a student’s disability.
- Scholarship applications are ongoing. There is no deadline for applying. Only 5% of the number of students in Ohio with a disability will receive funding.
- Students can apply to renew their scholarship every year until they graduate from college or turn 22 years of age.
The amount of funding you receive depends on the child’s disability as determined in the Evaluation Team Report (ETR).
First, search for a service provider for your child. Once you have selected a provider, the provider will provide you with a scholarship application form.
