Dr. Sarah Westerfield Brooks is the Ohio Transition Support, OTSP, Project Coordinator at the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, Office for Exceptional Children. OTSP is a collaborative effort between the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce and Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities to increase the availability of Vocational Rehabilitation services for students with disabilities starting at age 14. Sarah has a PhD in Special Education from the University of Pittsburgh and has a range of experience from early intervention through college transition for individuals with differences. She specializes in family-professional partnerships and collaboration between teams in special education.
