Our toolkits provide parents and caregivers with practical, research-based tips and examples on a variety of topics.


Literacy

For each age group, parents will find learning milestones, learning at home resources, ideas for communicating with your child’s school including questions to ask, and ways to get help as you advocate for your child’s learning needs.

Supporting a Child with a Disability

Every child learns in their own way, and for some, a little extra support—like special education services—can open up new possibilities. This toolkit contains the following sections: My Child May Have a Disability, Partnering with My Child’s School, We are Navigating a Change, Planning for Life After School, I Need One-on-One Support, and What are My Rights?
