Ohio Department of Children and Youth – Early Intervention

The mission of the Ohio Department of Children and Youth’s mission is to promote positive, lifelong outcomes for Ohio youth through early intervention, quality education, and family support programs.

Specific to supporting young people with disabilities and their families, the Department of Children and Youth administers a statewide system of early intervention supports that provide coordinated services to parents of infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays in Ohio.
