The University of Virginia has shared a wealth of resources for educators to support family engagement in literacy. These resources seem very aligned to the science of how kids learn to read.
Here are some examples of what they provide:

They also provide a video about how their state is supporting science-based ways to teach kids to read. Our Center created a similar video for Ohio families.
