Registration and Payments
1. First, register to attend the Summit starting in Spring 2026! Registration is $99, with reduced rates available.
2. Next, make sure you have Zoom downloaded on your computer, tablet, or phone before the Summit begins. We recommend updating to the latest version to avoid any issues on the day of the event!
3. Finally, the morning of the event, our Center will email you a passcode to login to the Summit webpage with the full schedule and links to join sessions.
General Admission registration is $99. A limited number of reduced rate registrations are available for those who meet specific eligibility criteria. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to use this tool.
No discount code is needed. When you select your eligibility and role during registration, a code is automatically applied.
Registration payments are processed securely through CyberSource. Your receipt will be sent automatically to your registered email address from CyberSource. Please note this will be a separate email from your Cvent registration confirmation. If you do not receive your receipt, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder, as emails from CyberSource are sometimes filtered automatically. Check with your IT department or email administrator, as institutional or workplace email systems may block or quarantine emails from outside senders. Or, wait 24 hours, as receipt delivery can occasionally be delayed. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your receipt, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
All registrations are final, and we are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or price adjustments. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure you still benefit—so all registered participants will receive full access to session recordings and materials after the Summit.
The Summit is a premier learning event that connects you with leading researchers, experts, and impactful family and community engagement strategies. Year after year, participants tell us this is the best online conference they attend—high-quality, insightful, and more affordable than many other virtual events.
For the first five years, we were able to offer the Summit through federal Statewide Family Engagement Center grant funds and other support. These grants helped us build a world-class conference serving educators, researchers, families, and community partners across all 50 states and several countries.
To ensure the Summit continues to thrive and provide valuable resources, we are now charging a modest registration fee. This allows us to sustain the event while expanding our efforts—offering innovative supports, tailored tools, and new learning opportunities to empower more families and educators.
Our commitment remains strong: to deliver the highest-quality professional learning and resources that strengthen family-school partnerships for every student. Your participation directly helps us preserve and grow this invaluable experience for the future.
