Yes! This event will have something for everyone. Many of our sessions will be geared towards educators and community partners, but we will have several sessions that will appeal to parents as well.
Here are some examples:
- A keynote that will include resources for supporting your child’s math skills.
- A session about family engagement in early childhood for literacy development. This will include information about the science of reading at the earliest stages of life, and how playing with your child builds early literacy skills.
- A panel of fathers who will talk about “What Fathers Wish Teachers Knew”
- And many more sessions about high quality practices to share with your local schools and other parents. You are a great advocate for change!
