What should I do if my child experiences discrimination at school?

If you believe your child or young adult has been treated unfairly—for example, treated differently, harassed, bullied, or retaliated against—because of their race or national origin, there are a number of actions you can take. This information sheet from the U.S. Department of Justice provides clear action steps you can take as a parent/caregiver. The information is available in 13 languages (All Language Versions: https://www.justice.gov/crt/guidance-and-resources).
