The Colorín Colorado website is dedicated to helping young English language learners learn to read and succeed. This website is an excellent source for updated, translated information on Coronavirus and ELL/immigrant supports for families. Their recent post highlights considerations that can help individual educators, schools, and districts support families.

The post includes information on the following topics:

  • Families access to updates related to school closures
  • Unique perspectives and concerns that ELL/Immigrant families might have
