Encouraging Positive Behaviors at Home – A Chart for Families

By downloading and filling out a blank Positive Behavior Chart, families can create their own, personalized set of expectations for how their family will care for each other at home. Though this chart could be used with children of any age, the example chart was written with elementary and middle school children in mind. This tool was developed by the Ohio Statewide Family Engagement Center with the Ohio Department of Education’s PBIS Network and the Ohio Family and Community Engagement Network.
