Payback – A game to learn about college debt

the word Payback, which is the logo for the payback game

Payback is a game aimed at teaching personal finance to young people by making you think about how to succeed in college without taking on too much debt. While everyone’s situation is different and this game cannot show all options, hopefully this game brings families and their high school-aged children together to ask and answer some questions that they haven’t considered before.

Payback addresses topics such as:
• How do people pay for college?
• Why do people drop out of college?
• How do I know how much this will cost later?
