Cincinnati Public School Roberts Paideia Academy hosted a Parent Learning Day Conference in December 2018. We are highlighting this family engagement story because it is an example of a strong school leader valuing families, incorporating family voice into decision-making, recognizing that when families come to provide input their time should be valued (for example, providing a meal), and following through to make meaningful changes based on family, staff, student, and community input and support.

“It’s really about taking the unique characteristics of our school and culture and building a curriculum around it.”

– Principal Beauchamp
