Research has revealed many benefits for family members who eat meals together on a regular basis including healthier eating habits, better family communication, fewer behavioral problems, reduced stress, improved school performance, and a lower risk of substance abuse. This web resource from the American College of Pediatricians will help you create a healthy family table in your home! There is also a poster available to view and/or order.
